WHAT IS SVAILA'S POLICY ON CONFIDENTIALITY?

The processing, confidentiality and security of your personal data is important to us. Please consult the Svaila privacy policy in the Privacy Policy section.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

Svaila is a small boutique and our inventorIf you find a dress you love, we encourage you to place your order promptly, as quantities are limited and may sell out quickly. Keep in mind the items in the cart are not reserved. If your cart includes items that are no longer available, we will let you know so that you can remove them and complete the purchase of the available items.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

You may request an exchange by contacting us at contact@svaila.com. For faster assistance, please include “EXCHANGE” or “REFUND” in the subject line. All exchange or return requests must be submitted within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

Svaila accepts only exchanges for dresses. Refunds are not offered unless the item arrives damaged or requires repair due to a condition present upon delivery.

 

Dresses may be exchanged for store credit or for a different size and style, subject to availability.

To be eligible, the dress must be returned in its original condition: unworn, with all original tags/labels attached, and in a resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a returned item does not meet these requirements, Svaila reserves the right to deny the return and ship the item back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

All final sale items are not eligible for exchange, or refund.
