Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Shipping

After your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

Canada: Shipping is free on orders over $300. Orders under $300 are charged a flat $15 shipping fee.

United States (International): Shipping is free on orders over $500. Orders under $500 are charged a flat $50 shipping fee.

Delivery

Orders are delivered on business days only; we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your delivery details and a unique tracking number. Please note that delivery timelines may be extended during sale events or promotional periods.

For orders within Canada, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. International delivery times may vary and can take longer depending on customs processing.

Changing Address

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure it ships as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address once the order is in progress. If your order has not yet been processed, please email us as soon as possible to request an address update and we will do our best to update it before shipping.

Tracking order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your delivery details and tracking number. Please use the tracking link in that email to follow your package’s progress.
